Starting from a single motorway service station hotel in 2011, Dominus has grown into an award-winning, forward-thinking business with a portfolio of five established hotels, including the Hampton by Hilton London City and Courtyard by Marriott Oxford.
To streamline their operations and enhance cost control, Dominus implemented the Ostara CAFM System across all five hotels. This system has provided Dominus with clear visibility into each hotel’s operations, allowing them to standardise processes and ensure consistent, high-quality service.
