14Forty provide one of the Ostara Systems Clients with a managed service covering 90% of all that client’s FM requirements. The shared Client requested that 14Forty use the Ostara CAFM System for the delivery of all services so that the client has full visibility of the FM Activity and that both parties could have a source of accurate reporting.
14Forty therefore approached Ostara to provide them with an enhanced support service, the ability to speak to an Ostara Support Representative to assist them with any day to day questions they encounter. This has resulted in a number of reports and system configuration changes to make the system work both for the existing Client and for 14Forty in managing the Client’s expectations and requirements.
With 14Forty using the system and working with Ostara during Client meetings, a joined up approach to handling the requirements of the Client has been possible.
