Financial institutions have strict security and access policies, and Yorkshire Building Society (YBS) is no different. YBS required a fully hosted CAFM solution that not only met their operational needs from the Property Team’s perspective but also ticked all the security boxes too.
The YBS service went live with Soft Services in November 2015, followed by a Hard Service launch in December 2015.
They utilise the Ostara application on their Property Helpdesk, as the YBS branches have a single point of contact for raising new Work Orders.
The YBS Contractors access the Ostara System via a Web Portal and use either the Ostara Mobile application or Ostara ATAS (Automated Telephone Attendance System) to start and stop their jobs whilst on site.
