Cinch Self Storage started in Oxfordshire in the late 2010s, and have grown to operate multiple stores across the UK.
Their aim is to take care of all the customers self storage needs, or as they like to put it: help customers tick self storage off their to-do list.
Cinch are using Ostara’s industry leading CAFM software to efficiently manage maintenance activities across their estate. By using the Ostara CAFM System, Cinch are able to benefit from real time oversight of work orders, as their contractor base are using the Ostara Mobile app, alongside strict financial control, and clear compliance management and reporting.
