Ostara Announces New Client: Cinch Self Storage

Ostara Systems are proud to welcome Cinch Self Storage as their newest CAFM Software client.

Cinch Self Storage are a self storage company started in Oxfordshire in the late 2010s, and have now expanded to 20 sites in the UK. They have ambitious growth plans and aim to grow to 50 sites over the next few years.

Cinch are using Ostara’s industry leading CAFM software to efficiently manage maintenance activities across their estate. By using the Ostara CAFM System, Cinch are able to benefit from real time oversight of work orders, as their contractor base are using the Ostara Mobile app, alongside strict financial control, and clear compliance management and reporting.

Cinch’s Head of Facilities, Mike Flint, had the following to say regarding Ostara and Cinch’s agreement:

As Cinch continues to grow and increase in number of locations, we required a robust reactive maintenance and compliance system that can grow with us and meet our needs of today’s complex FM strategy and also future proof the business.
