CAFM Audits / Satisfaction Questionnaires
This is an effective way to collate information and measure KPIs and/or SLAs.
There are two key ways to gauge how happy your end client is:
- You can use the simple positive/negative feedback mechanism via our Client Portal or collate more detailed information using the RFI functionality to trigger a customer satisfaction surveys at a predetermined point and time specified by the users.
- The survey functionality should be integrated within the system so that immediate accurate feedback can be given.
The information can be used to drive best practice not only in quality of work carried out but also in the attitude of contractors and operatives.
