Our business process analysis services do not have to solely be in relation to our CAFM implementation activities. We continually assist our existing clients by analysing and proposing changes and improvements to existing FM functions and then supporting those Clients should they wish to proceed with any of our proposals.
In the same way, Ostara can provide an initial consultancy service to a new organisation, with an unbiased and knowledgeable view on the processes and procedures being followed by the organisation and suggest proven ways of working to improve and develop those processes.
We would agree the scope of the activity in advance, and propose an initial duration based on experience to cover the expected time needed to complete the activity. We would then work closely with the Client to understand their current operating practices and their desired vision for the future to reach the end goal.
