Originally a sister company of Ostara, Maintenance Management Limited (MML) are a managing agent and has provided facilities management services to clients such as John Lewis and Waitrose, Mapeley Estates, Boots the Chemist and Morrisons Supermarkets.
Being a call centre environment, MML required a CAFM solution that had a well-developed helpdesk module, could manage high volumes of building and Work Order data and was flexible enough to accommodate their portfolio of clients. Using Ostara, they were able to meet their, and their Client’s requirements.
MML has been the longest Client of Ostara, and both companies have grown together, developing new functionality and evolving the Ostara CAFM software to their mutual benefit.
In 2012, Maintenance Management was purchased by new owners, and as a result, Ostara and MML were no longer part of the same group of companies.
