Ostara Systems Ltd Renews CAFM Software Agreement with Whitbread PLC, Extending Successful Partnership
Ostara Systems Ltd is proud to announce the renewal of its CAFM software contract with Whitbread PLC, marking the continuation of a successful partnership that first began in 2016.
Whitbread, the owner of Premier Inn, the UK’s biggest hotel brand, alongside well-known restaurant chains including Beefeater and Brewer’s Fayre, will continue to utilise Ostara’s comprehensive Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software.
The software is integral to Whitbread’s operations, enabling the management of their entire FM process. Its use includes:
- Built-in contractor management.
- Contractor check ins controlled by Ostara bluetooth beacons
- Legislative compliance monitoring
- Condition audits on the Ostara Mobile App
- Finance reporting modules.
The Ostara team looks forward to continuing to work with and support Whitbread in their Maintenance Management activities.
