Ostara Systems Limited are proud to announce that they have renewed their helpdesk contract with Whitbread, and will continue to work alongside them for the next three years.
Whitbread are the operator of the UK’s largest hotel chain, Premier Inn, as well as hub by Premier Inn and Zip by Premier Inn. Alongside their hotels, they operate a range of restaurant brands, including Beefeater, Bar + Block, Thyme, Table Table and Brewers Fayre.
Ostara and Whitbread have worked together since 2016, when Whitbread first started using the Ostara CAFM System, and this partnership was subsequently expanded with Ostara setting up the Whitbread Maintenance Helpdesk. The helpdesk runs 24/7 and manages a range of services for Whitbread, from creating and chasing work orders, to complex processes such as invoice management and auditing in the Ostara CAFM System. It serves as the central point of contact for all sites and contractors.
Ostara looks forward to continuing to work with, and support, Whitbread in their Repairs and Maintenance Management.
