Property Services within Santander have been working with Ostara on a project to provide a singular Workplace Services Helpdesk and CAFM system covering the entire UK Estate. This will replace their previous model of having separate Facilities Management helpdesks and systems for different parts of the business.
The new Workplace Services Helpdesk provided by Ostara gives Santander 24*7*365 support for all their facilities management requirements across their branch and head office network. The dedicated helpdesk, provided from the Ostara offices in Milton Keynes, is the first point of contact for the branch staff and the suppliers of facilities management (FM) services to Santander.
