Ostara Systems are proud to announce that Whitbread have renewed their CAFM software contract with Ostara for a further 3 years, and in addition have signed a contract for a 24/7 maintenance helpdesk. The core purpose of the helpdesk is to assist in the delivery of critical repairs to Whitbread along with being a central point of contact for all sites and contractors.
Whitbread’s maintenance and energy manager, Matthew Dolan said “Whitbread uses Ostara to support and manage maintenance operations across our estate of over 1000 buildings. We partnered with Ostara because of their flexible and robust platform, but also their willingness to work with us to add functionality and to tailor the system to our business. We enjoy good support from the team who develop and operate the system, as well as a dedicated 24-hour helpdesk that supports our national operations. The data and insight that Ostara gives us allows us to continually refine our processes and find cost saving or quality enhancing opportunities across our business”
Ostara is looking forward to continuing to support Whitbread while they continue to develop and grow within the UK with new brands and sites, and also further afield into Ireland.
